The exact scope of each project will be defined in a written quotation, proposal or agreement.

• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final website transfer or publication.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Supply required text, images, logos and other content.
• Review submitted work within a reasonable time.
• Obtain the necessary rights for any materials provided.

Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the proposal or agreement.

Requests outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• The client owns the final website content after full payment.
• Imperial Mindworks retains ownership of internal tools, reusable code, templates and development methodologies.
• Third-party software remains subject to its respective licenses.

Projects may rely on third-party providers such as:

• Domain registrars
• Hosting providers
• Email providers
• Payment processors
• Analytics platforms

Imperial Mindworks is not responsible for outages, pricing changes or policies of third-party services.

Unless covered by a separate maintenance agreement, ongoing updates, security patches, backups and monitoring are not included after project completion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Imperial Mindworks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

We strive to deliver high-quality work but cannot guarantee:

• Continuous website availability
• Search engine rankings
• Third-party service availability
• Protection against all cyber threats

Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the agreed contract.

The client remains responsible for payment for work completed before termination.

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in Switzerland unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the applicable Swiss jurisdiction.
